How long does shipping take?＋
Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after processing: GCC 5–10 business days; Europe/UK 7–12; USA/Canada 7–14; other supported destinations 7–18. These are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Are all products handmade?＋
We focus on handmade and artisan-produced goods. Check each product description for its materials and production details.
Do you ship internationally?＋
We serve supported international destinations. Delivery availability and shipping charges depend on your address and the options offered at checkout. Contact us if your destination is unavailable.
Can I send an order as a gift?＋
You can enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout and leave a gift message in the cart note. Contact us before ordering if you need special packaging.
How do returns work?＋
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. Mandatory consumer rights apply.
