Track your order securely

Open “View your order” in your confirmation email, or sign in to your Shopify customer account. Your order status shows shipment updates when a tracking number is available.

Enter your order reference for your own use, then continue to secure sign-in with your email. This form cannot retrieve private order details directly.

How order tracking works — not your live order status

1. Order confirmation

   Find your order number and secure status link in your email.

2. Processing

   Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days.

3. Dispatch and delivery

   Follow the shipment from the tracking link provided after dispatch.

Live carrier tracking depends on the carrier or tracking provider. No delivery status is inferred from this form.
