Requesting a return

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@zaytouna.store with your order number and item details. Contact us for return instructions and the appropriate address before sending anything back.

Item condition

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. For these issues, contact us with a description and any available photographs so we can help.

Personalized items

Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

Exchanges and mandatory rights

For an exchange, contact us to check replacement availability and arrange the return. Any mandatory consumer rights in the customer's country override this policy where required.
